Select the transition(s) you want to add and use the keyboard shortcuts to copy from the added canvas or page and paste into your design—(Mac: Command + C and Command + V // PC: Control + C and Control + V). Pro tip: Use the layers panel on the left to select each.

Position, recolor, and resize. Pro tips: use Special Paste (Command + Shift + C and Command + Shift + V) to apply the same color on selected transitions. Zoom out to ensure the transition is stretched or repeated enough for larger screen sizes (~2,560+ pixels).

And that's all there is too it! Pro tip: Once you have your transition in its place on desktop AND mobile, lock it in place so it doesn't get moved around.
